I kept telling my husband we would wait till i got in the second trimester before we had sex again. But couldn't help ourselves.-. We had rough sex am i fine if I'm not cramping or bleeding

I've had cramping an bleeding after sex and was still fine. Your cervix is softer and filled with blood, so you're more prone to bleeding, and the prostaglandins in semen can cause light cramping. If you have bleeding and/or cramping after sex, drink lots of water and put your feet up, and make sure the bleeding gets better, not worse. You're baby is very well-protected.

You're fine, you'll know when it's too rough but during the first trimester is prob gonna be the easiest it's gonna be to have sex. Halfway through my second it just started hurting too much so we stopped. It's different for everyone though
