I trust you ladies so much.

PCOS diagnosis at 18.

27 now.

Never has AF more than three times in a year without BCP.

Been off BCP two years.

Started FertilAid, OvaBoost, and FertileCM in July. No AF in August, but have had it EVERY month since.

I'm working on losing weight as I am obese. My doctor suggested temping. Any tips? Should I invest in some OPKs or give it some time?

Sounds like you're on a good track! If you're having consistent periods, I'd try OPK's and tracking your CM so you can see if you're ovulating. Best wishes and baby dust to you!!!

I definitely suggest temping in conjunction with OPKs, as PCOS can cause false positives on OPKs (as I learned the hard way lol). Temping helped me push for further testing as it was showing I might not be ovulating.
