Help with ultrasound please!!!!!

Hey y'all.. I had an ultrasound done yesterday transvaginal and abdominal.. She said she saw a dot in there..and there is a sac.. I have included pics.. I was supposed to go back to my doctor today but we have ice all over the ground and it's snowing.. Someone please reassure me that everything is ok.. I have been praying for this little bun for a while now.. TIA.. I am supposedly 5 weeks 1 day according to measurements done by lab tech
