Please help losing my mind

I got a postive ept digital but when i went to dr to confirm it bloodwork was negative I have demanded an ultrasound cuz I have been very sick the past month and have a ton of other symptoms that are just not normal for me at all. Including but not limited to vomiting, wait gain, dizziness, headaches, low grade fever of 99.1 , increased CM and 2 days of spotting with no period. I would be about 4 to 6 weeks if I am pregnant. Can anyone tell me if there is still hope for me ? Has anyone ever had negative blood test and end up having confirmed pregnancy through ultrasound? I read its possible just need some hope guys I have been balling my eyes out crying all day. Really need hope after 3 miscarriages and a lot of BFN I was so happy to get a Pregnant on my EPT and now I feel like that was all crushed by this quant hcg bloodwork :'( Update:I know my CRP is high dr is not addressing why this is I also have a postive ANA . The topic of lupus did come up and is currently being looked into . Please just pray for me feel like every time I expect good news I hear horrible news . Seriously crying my eyes out I don't know how much I can handle
