Dying my hair while pregnant?

Ok so I'm 29 weeks and I've been having this debate weather it is safe to dye my hair while I'm pregnant. Anyone know?

I am a cosmetologist and I have colored many pregnant ladies hair.  Including my own.   I always tell the girls to wait till 12 weeks.   Never have I ever had someone's hair fall out.  If anything the color may not show up as rich or vibrant as we were going for due to hormones.   Now I have seen a lady get a perm while pregnant and omg she looked like a poodle. So I don't recommend that lol.    If the stylist is aware you are pregnant they should keep an extra eye on you while your color processes :) hope that helped!

Ive had my hair done twice already, bleached and colored (I'm two toned) and I havent had any issues. I have another appointment the end of feb. Im currently 28 weeks 5 days

I saw a post on here the other day that a lady finally decided to dye her (in a salon not a home job) and the chemicals reacted with her hormones and all of her hair fell out. Soo Nop it's not worth the risk of being bald or harming the baby id rather my 5 inches of regrowth 😁

I've gotten mine done twice this pregnancy (got lowlights added and switched to the ombre thing so the stuff wasn't all up in my roots). Hair dye doesnt contain the same harsh or dangerous ingredients that it used to, and I was told as long as I was out of the first trimester and in a well ventilated area it was perfectly safe.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and literally dyed my hair yesterday 😂 I've dyed my hair like 4 times when I was pregnant with my daughter and she was fine! I am NO doctor in anyway so I'm not saying anything like it won't harm because I truly don't know but my hair dresser AND baby Doctor both agreed that if I'm not sitting there breathing in the chemicals like constantly then it's fine. I sit there with a fan on me with windows open so that I don't get the smell of chemicals to much :)  hope that helps a little !

My dr said wait til after first trimester and it's fine. Just make sure it's ventilated where you have it done or do it yourself.

Out of respect for my husband I'm dealing with my massive outgrowth because he has asked me not to due my hair while being pregnant due to the chemicals.

My stylist just switched the brand of hair color so it didn't have as many chemicals but she said it wasn't necessary. I've been getting my hair died since I inseminated
