Constipation

Janelle • Fri, Jan 22 • I`m 30 I have a daughter that is 6 and considering another since being divorced and being a single mom I now I met a man that loves me and my daughter dearly so he has no kids so looks like maybe soon

Has anyone else had trouble with constipation? I've been really struggling idk what else to do, i drink water I also do CHIA seeds and nothing is helping and I'm always hurting to go. Has anyone tried any meds. That are safe That help? I didn't have this problem with my daughter the 1st time around
