My second daughter, Natalie was born on 1/20 at 40 + 4 weeks. My water broke at midnight. Contractions started about a half hour later. I labored at home and went to the hospital around 4 am and was 6 cm. started pushing at noon and they eventually vacuumed her out at 4:40 pm. My cervix had a little lip and I was having back labor, so it made pushing hard for me. Still faster than my first labor of 41 hours. I had a bit of fentanyl but no epidural. My doula was awesome. I'm happy with the way it turned out. She's precious and a pretty good sleeper (so far).
