First BFP? No symptoms?

After passively trying for 2 months, AF was 6 days late - I stopped birth control a few months ago and last cycle I was 5 days late so I wasn't too concerned, but I decided to do a test today - I haven't felt any type of symptoms yet...but I am still at disbelief at these tests! Are these BFPs??
