Do you think prenatal vitamins help with rapid hair growth ?

I've always heard this but I wondered if it's a myth

As a cosmetologist yes it does. It gives you the essential nutrients to help ur hair, skin and nails. It just is more vitamins then hair,skin, and nails to help a growing baby.

When I was in high school and wanted my hair to grow longer, my doctor gave me a bottle of prenatal vitamins. They're supposed to help develop hair and nails. I'm not sure if it worked. Again, I was in high school so I don't think I cared enough or even really took them consistently.

My hair has grown like a weed since I got pregnant. I had chopped all my hair off to an angled bob in late September, we even used clippers on the back. And now that shortest hair is reaching my shoulders.

I started taking prenatal vitamins last January so my hair would grow by my wedding in November, it definitely helped!
