Your doctor sounds like a bit of a weight Nazi. 10 pounds at 22 weeks is very reasonable. You are also all baby - doesn't look like you have gained anyplace else. Just eat healthy and a reasonable amount and don't sweat the number.

I'm 25 weeks tomorrow , and have only gained 10lbs and my dr told me that I need to gain at least 30 to 35 before birth, I started at 115 and at 5'4 she said I was underweight, I was shocked lmao

No that's a healthy gain of not on the low side. That's ridiculous that your Ob would say that. You look really fit and healthy. I gain most of my weight in the second trimester. Everyone's body is different.
