I was terrified I would not menstruate for MONTHS. However, this afternoon was like the tide at Omaha Beach.
I had not intended to get the shot in the first place. It was split second decision after having my IUD removed. The doctor STRONLY suggested I be on bc till my preconception visit with my actual OB. (Which was two months away) She spent the next 30 minutes talking me into Depo.
I told her I wanted to TTC soon. She was relentless. I finally agreed and took the shot.
When I googled it afterwards I was heartbroken. I thought It would take months to get my cycle back.
Here I am riding the crimson wave, right on schedule. TL;dr
