Anyone have any advice or in a similar situation?

Ever since I had a mc in June, I've constantly had uti's and then yeast infections from the antibiotics. I'm never completely "healed" for more then two weeks. I constantly hurt so bad down there, like i barely have a sex life anymore. Doctors have given me pretty much everything they can give me and now I'm pregnant so its even more limited. I've switched to cotton underwear, use special feminine body wash for down there, never hold my urine in when I have to pee, drink lots of water, pee and/or shower after sex. I am literally at my wits end D:

P.S. I have no STD's or STI's and never have.
