very tiny pieces of mucus plug coming out at 22w2d, should I be worried & if not when should I start to worry ??

It's more than likely just regular discharge. The further along in pregnancy you get the more thicker and sometimes watery discharge you produce and lose. Your mucus plug is BIG and you'll now when you lose the full lot, losing parts of it can also be normal, it isn't a sign of birth because you can lose your plug months before you give birth, others it's days before.

I'm high risk for preterm delivery and have been since 24 weeks, I lost my plug at 26+6 and been 100% effaced and funnelling since 27weeks, I'm now 33 weeks and baby is still cooking.

Don't worry unless you start with contractions, bleeding, pain that won't go away with pin relief, staying well HYDRATED, a warm bath and relaxing.
