Coconut oil for yeast infection?

Has anyone tried this before? I'm feeling like I'm getting one again and won't be able to call into my OB until Monday. Does it actually work?

Put plain yogurt in your vagina twice a day for 5 days. Sounds weird but it works! I saw immediate results! And doesn't smell as bad as garlic! Lol

I have used it to soothe my lady parts, but it didn't clear up the infection.
A garlic clove with some floss tied to it and popped in there overnight for a few nights works, but makes your business smell pretty odd... 
I would recommend getting an over the counter treatment, if you can. (I only use the garlic as my skin reacts to the creams you use to clear it up :/ it's a bad time)
