If you shop around to different distributers you can get more options. I got my Medela pump in style advanced which includes tote, car charger, bottles, icepack, and bottle carrier all for free!!! To bad my boys never took a bottle, now it's collecting dust until next baby arrives this summer!
Breast Pump --- Free with insurance
Be sure to inquire about the breast pump covered by your insurance (if applicable)... Just received the Medela In-style Advanced Starter Pump for FREE!!! I had the option to upgrade (get a tote/2 add'l bottles/cold pack) for $119... Luckily I'd been in Babies R Us and saw the cold pack and 2 pack bottles for under $30... Better to get the free pump and buy the other stuff separately (if desired)..

I went to the McKesson website (breast pump program) ... You can do it via chat with a rep... They take your name and insurance info and email you the available options via insurance .. You select the one you want and they ship it out... I received mine within a week.
