My first little boy was born with a cleft palate (hole in the roof of his mouth). I couldn't breast feed him as he couldn't suck by himself! We used bottles that we would squeeze for every mouthful! I am due number 2 June 2nd and we don't know if it will have a cleft yet! I have seen how hard breast feeding can be and just don't know what to do! I'm willing to give it a go! Any advice? I know it's so good for the baby but it's all new to me as My first couldn't do it at all!
