Could I be pregnant?

Helen • I am 30 yrs old. Been with my partner 5yrs. He is a guitar teacher and I am a home carer. Bought our first house last year. Now have our first child. A son named Harvey born 27/10/3016
So far been TTC for 6 months. Currently I am 11 days late but getting negative test results. Can not get bloods done. Had tingling boobs about a 2 weeks ago and had cramps for 2 weeks. Last night I had a little spotting and thought AF had arrived but woke up to a clean pad and so far no more cramping. Could this have been implantation? No other symptoms.
