Heart palpitations on period?

Hi. Always before and during my period I get heart palpitations? Why is this? Thanks in advance 🙂

It's because of the hormones, nothing to worry about I get them occasionally

I sometimes get like this because I have anxiety and just the extra stress from being on my period or worrying when it's going to come causes it. If it gets really serious i would see a doctor or if it really scares you.
