No movement but strong heartbeat?

Hey ladies, I'm 34 weeks 3 days, and it's been well over 24 hours since I've felt baby move.. I have no trouble finding her strong little heartbeat on my Doppler though.. I should see my doctor, right? Or will she just check for a heart beat and tell me to go home? Anyone have experience with this? Any input is greatly appreciated 💗

My doctor said don't use the Doppler if you are not really movement. Just because there is a heart beat doesn't mean something isn't wrong. I stopped using a Doppler once I felt her everyday.  Have you tried drinking a big glass of ice water? That seem to wake my girl up. I drink the water then go lay on the bed or couch and sure enough she starts kicking. I was just told yesterday to start doing kick counts so you should feel 10 kicks or movements in 1-2 hours alreast 1 time a day. I would definitely call the nurse line and get in to the doctors if you haven't felt baby is 24 hours.

I'm 34 weeks and I didn't feel movement for a day; they told mee too come in immediately and hooked mee up too a monitor and heartbeat was fine, but it showed I was having contractions; I then had an examination too check I wasn't in labour and I wasn't, thank God; then I was sent too have a scan the next day and baby was fine

Cause of how far along you are you should go straight too the hospital and get it checked out, they will hook you up too a moniter for 30mins too check for movement, heartbeat and contractions; once that's happened you'll be sent for a scan the next day too ensure baby is fine

Dr says if you notice less than 4 movements in an hour you should call. I would just to be safe  good luck momma

My midwife advises to drink orange juice or ice water, and to lay on your left side for 2 hours. If no movement to call and go in right away (I'm 32.5 weeks). I'd call your doc!!!

Your doctor may hook you up to a fetal monitor.

Please go in!! The main sign of fetal distress is no movement. As long as the babies heart is still beating they can do something. If you aren't feeling movement still, they will do a test to make sure baby is okay, not just a doppler.

See your careprovider. You haven't felt any movement at all? Have you tried laying down after drinking some ice cold water or juice? A strong heartbeat doesn't rule out any fetal distress so it's best to get checked. Good luck!

Call asap. They will get you on an NST to make sure everything is okay and she isn't showing signs of distress. Please call. It's probably nothing, but I've had a stillborn in the past and a levl of movement is nothing to joke about.
