Early sign of preg??

What's the earliest sign of pregnancy that you experienced??

Here is my log I kept this month

1.dpo. nothing unusual until around 8pm 11.01.16 severe pain or pressure in uteral area 5 mins and dull ache after. Haven't been to toilet today. I am tired but only catching up on sleep from holiday. Done opk today surge is less than yesterday

2dpo. Severe headache and needing to pee a lot.  Sharp pain in uteral area again. Used the loo a lot today. Bubbly tummy.

3dpo. Can't stop going to toilet peeing a lot today. Headache still here.

4dpo. Feel fine other than being a bit gassy

5dpo nothing to report

6dpo again nothing to report apart from tiredness. Few cramps around 1pm and pain in right rib cage think possible kidney infection

7dpo. Mild cramps and boobs are starting to get tender in a bad mood for no reason must be pms

8dpo. Cramps getting worse boobs ate tender to touch.  Very tired and moody.guess af is about to show

9dpo. 1.45am can't sleep and sore dry eyes:(

10 dpo. Cramps cramps cramps grrrr headache

11 dpo.  Headache got worse and cramps getting worse

12.dpo boobs are killing me. Af due today... no sign... 09.35 am hpt faint positive... 4pm another test it's confirmed I am pregnant. ....

Dizziness, nausea, fainted. Soon after a positive test, I began having cravings for things I wouldn't typically want.

Hy I would have a question as me and my husband been trying for a baby,  I am with PCOS and on Metformin for  few days I keep having a very tightly feeling around my tummy and under my breasts. I am a afraid to take a new test as I had so.many negatives. My period is irregular last I had it in May. 
I also had nausea for smells that never bothered me, I would like to mention I work in care home....
I am very confused ... 😓
