Can I ovulate without getting my period?

I stopped taking BC after the last pill of a package ~1.5 months ago. I then got one period on time, and after got a positive ovulation test (Rise in LH). That was ~28 days ago. I since missed my period (not pregnant 😢) and now I got another positive ovulation test. I am so confused 🤔🤔

Go to the doctor they can jumpstart your period. I just finished my first round of provera today.

If you ovulate you will have a period if you don't conceive. There's no way around it.
