Pains

So when I am laying down getting ready for bed , I get these pains when I roll over. It's like below my belly , ( sorry really dunno how to describe it ) .. anyone else have this problem? It definitely sucks when I have to pee every 2 hours of the night. Most times I don't even wana move bc it hurts. Not sure what it is.. Any opinions ??
