I've been having serious digestive problems for almost a year now (sorry if it's TMI but I have "bathroom problems" at least once a week) I am almost positive it's a food allergy but it isn't lactose intolerance or IBS! I am thinking it might be a gluten allergy but before I take gluten out of my life I wanna know how people with gluten allergies found out they had it!
