Weird cervix feelings

18w4d. My Cervix length is being monitored bi-weekly bc of a uterine abnormality. As of last Monday it was fine but today I'm having weird feelings in that area. Kinda sharp/achey feelings but they stick around. Not quick stabs. Anyone else having this? If it hangs around I will call dr Monday morning (in middle of big snow storm today).
