I would call that a positive. Try another with pink dye in the morning. Those blue dye tests are iffy.

Blue dye almost always have a super faint almost there line. Take a pink dye. GL!

Its hard to see but what I did notice in my own testing....that with blue dye evaps they usually have a thin line on one or both sides of where the line should be and just very faint or no color in the middle.

I would take a pink dye. If this was past 10 mins consider it an evap. I use blue dye a lot. And they almost always get an evap line soon after the 10 mins is up.
