Help.. Please

Okay so I'm 15 and I'm turning 16 soon and I got pregnant because my stupid ex bf had cum on his fingers when he decided to finger me (my luck for being stupid) and lost the baby once. I talked to my parents about getting on birth control when I turn 16 and they said they'll talk about it but I'm nervous about it. Can y'all help maybe  suggest some birth control? I won't have sex until I'm 18 but I need a precaution. And my best friend/boyfriend (6 months) thought that I should look up some.
