Me & my boyfriend started talking in November & we started dating in December & he told me he love me in January is it too too early to say I love you too 👀?

Started talking to my man in April, started dating in June, both said I love You by August. 7 years later we have never broken up, are now married, living together, and expecting our first baby. If you mean it, then say it.
