Does rice have gluten in it?

It depends on the rice. I used to have a gluten intolerance. Rice pilaf has gluten but just regular white or brown rice does not. If you have celiacs I would recommend going grain free for a bit because sometimes just going gluten free doesn't cut it and your intestines and gut haven't healed yet.

No it does not. But i just wanted to give you a tip that a lot of people dont know if you get ground beef a lot of times there is flour in it for a filler in restaurants and prepackaged stuff. I used to work at taco bell and the beef had filler with gluten in it.

Depends what kind you are talking about. White or brown usually are but check box because some are packed in a facility that process wheat which would contaminate it. Depends how sensitive you are.
