Is eating duck safe while pregnant?

My husband is grilling some duck tonight and I just want to make sure its safe to eat while pregnant...( or try it anyways) he just tried to get me to eat the heart....ewww! I get so weirded out when it comes to eating organs. But idk if there is any benefits from eating duck or if its off limits. Please list the pros and cons of eating duck :)
