I've been with my wonderful husband for 7 years married for 5. We both have kids from previous relationships and knew we wanted to try to have kids. After 3 years with no luck I went on fertility pills but after 6 months of disappointments I stopped taking them and come to the conclusion that if it is meant to be it will happen. It was the beginning of November and I just wasn't feeling right and thought AF was coming since I also have PCOS and irregular periods. I waited a couple days and thought what the hell and took a test. IT WAS POSTIVE!!! In shock and so excited. I made a appointment had a ultrasound, good heartbeat, baby looked fine. I went back in for tummy check at 10 weeks and my world fell apart. They couldn't find a heartbeat. I had a missed miscarriage.  I had a d&c done a week before Christmas.
