Anyone know the sensitivity of the first response digital tests are?

Not sure how accurate this is. It looks like it was published in 2014. I believe this is talking about the digital you asked about!

I read the First Response Early Results (with the curved handle) detect HCG levels as low as 6 mIU. Hope this helps! Good luck!
