Ugh lately while sleeping I wake up in the middle of the night with severe back pain.. I used to have it b4 I got pregnant but not as badd it was from leaning up in bed while watching tv but I've been avoiding that n it still is happening.. I hate it, I woke up n just started crying last night bcuz it hurt n I just wanted to sleep... R n e mommy's having the same issue? Do pregnancy pillows rly work? Some advice please..
