11 weeks 4 days testing neg on hpt

I found out I was pregnant beginning of Dec and had 4 very postive hpt, had to do hormone monitoring to make sure it was growing, everythings been fine since. But yesterday I just felt blah and sick took hpt test this morning and the faintest line showed? Should I be worried? Do I need to go get checked, are my hormones dropping? Please any advice, encouragement would be great! Thanks
