What can I use for my son's nose

So my son has recently developed a cold and he has a runny nose. I've noticed after a few wipes his nose is getting a little red.

What can I use to keep his nose from getting raw and irritated?

There are wipes called boogies! They are especially made for running noses and is very soothing to the nose as they are wet with saline

You can use Boogie Wipes, or do a homemade version.... A soft cloth with saline solution on it, or even just warm water.

Maybe use the aspirator to keep his nose clear without irritating his nose by wiping
