bra help?

so I wear a 32d and I'm spilling out of the top of the cup as well as on the sides where my armpits are 
even one of my guy friends noticed it (of course he'd be looking there😂) but 2 weeks ago I tried on my friends 32dd and it didn't fit right
could I have grown in 2 weeks or am I in between sizes? 
help!

It's probably not the cup size that's too small. it's the band size that's to small.

I was a 32d then I started facing the same problem, in just a couple months time- so I went to get sized because I was tired of the spillage, I was a 36dd! So, up the cup size & the band width.

Try a bigger band size! 32 is pretty small so it sounds like that's the problem, not the cup size.

Maybe you need a bigger waist size so that it doesn't hold your boobs up so high, or try going to a bra specialist store
