Opinions please about baby shower.

My grandmother and I planned my baby shower. We sent invites out back in the beginning of December for January 30th. Due to the snow in my state we had to postpone it to Feb 20th. Here's my dilemma, I don't really want a shower. Out of only the 20 people I invited only 7 rsvp'd and my mom will not be making it, unfortunately. I feel like in the end I am wasting money to host a shower for 7 guests. 2 of them that I know of have already purchased a gift. Would it be rude of me to just cancel at this point? I feel bad, but at the same time I just want to focus on what we need for the baby and the fact our nursery is not even done and we have no furniture. I'm 31 weeks and not prepared, this is baby 2 by the way. What would you do?
