I need your help ladies

I'm having my baby shower next month. As Hispanics, we really don't use the whole registry idea. So it's up to the guest to bring whatever they want. I have seen that most people just get clothes and I really dislike that. How can I word in my invitations that I would prefer diapers, wipes, bottles, or stuff that are really necessary without sounding rude?
