ER visit or no?

I have excruciating pain in my yard left calf. I had a dopplar last month with no sign of a blood clot. Now I can barely walk. I'm also extremely nauseous and having episodes of feeling faint. I called the ob on call and he didn't seem concerned at all and made me feel pretty dumb. Said if it still hurt then go to the doctor tomorrow. I 34 weeks with my 4th and this has never happen before.
