Those drugs will counteract each other!!! They both induce ovulation but by opposite methods. You might want to talk to your doctor. Clomid doesn't always work for people so they are usually switched to femara but never both. And I was always under the impression that 100mg of clomid should be the highest does because you can hyper stimulate your ovaries...

Femara will do the trick all on its own. I had the same issues with clomid and was switched to Femara. I went from not ovulating to being pregnant twice to now ovulating on my own. If I were you id get a second opinion because you can really fry your ovaries if you overstimulate.

I'm on 150 Clomid because 50 didn't work but 100 made a follicle but I didn't ovulate it. so he upped the dose to 150 and Femara to lower my estrogen?. I had a weird feeling about it so thought I should ask. he is trying to lower my estrogen to raise my progesterone, Idk I'm so confused at this point.
