Those drugs will counteract each other!!!  They both induce ovulation but by opposite methods.  You might want to talk to your doctor.  Clomid doesn't always work for people so they are usually switched to femara but never both.  And I was always under the impression that 100mg of clomid should be the highest does because you can hyper stimulate your ovaries...

This is my first month on the combo of femara and clomid. It's CD 17 and no O yet. I had a miscarriage last month so maybe it's throwing timing off. My Dr prescribed this combo and I am scared it didn't work. I am an emotional wreck :(
