I went into the er with severe abdominal pain starting from my right ovary. Now I've had problems in the past with 6cm cysts rupturing before on this ovary and had to have surgery to get all that blood removed. Well when i sent in this time, to my surprise my blood work came back that I'm pregnant. I've also started having vaginal bleeding this same day so of course I'm scared. Apparently i literally got pregnant last week therefore nothing is visible by ultrasound yet. I was sent home on bed rest for the next two days, then they want me to come in to check to see if the hcg levels increase, decrease or stay the same. If they increase then they want to test more to see if the baby is ectopic or not. I'm still bleeding as if i have my period and I'm in pain from the blood floating around in my abdomin. Has anything like this happened to anyone before? What was the outcome?
