I'm a little confused about preseed. Isn't it just a line that won't kill sperm?  It doesn't actually make you more fertil or anything does it?

I have been thinking of getting some if we're not pregnant by our six month mark. TTC baby #2 but also wanna let it happen when it's time since we have a lot of big goals for this year I'm scared if we "force" a baby it will set it all back.
