First Trimester, pain in left ribs

I'm a little over 8 weeks pregnant, and starting last night, I had a sharp pain near the underside of my left ribs. I pushed on it to see if I could feel something, and felt a pop. It wasn't my actual rib popping, but something right under there!! I have sharp pain when I'm breathing and can't lay down without more pain. I can't figure out whether it's my stomach or my spleen, and whether to call my midwife to see if it's normal during pregnancy, or call my doctor!! Help!! 😁😁😁
