How long after getting off birth control pills did you get your first natural period (not withdrawal period)?

I took my last full pack in November and still no period and not ovulating. Dr said to come in if still no period after 3 months, so end of Feb. I had some little spotting for one day a week ago, but nothing else. The wait is hard!

I stopped using the ring in November and still no period today, Feb 4. Hoping things will be back to normal soon, curious if there is anything I can do to get things back sooner?

I came off, a week later got a break through bleed then 28 days later had a period. So 5 weeks in total.

I stopped cerzette pill 23rd December 2015 and got a light period 23rd January that lasted 3 days ( could have been withdrawal) nothing as of yet but I am feeling like I am due a period but with a lot of pregnancy symptoms so we will see next week

It took me 6 months to get a period naturally after being on the pill for close to 10 years.

I had been on BC for 8+ years. Got off in May 2025 and didn't get a period until early Sept. Then my next period wasn't until mid October. It needs time to get back to normal.

I finished my pack in December, got my normal period then got one very end of January, only 4 days later than expected if I was still on the pill. I am going to check for ovulation this whole month and hope for the best!

My understanding is that it's much easier if you completely finish the pack before stopping. So, I finished a pack, started my period two days later, and didn't start a new pack five days after that. My periods were like clockwork after that.
