Found out i was pregnant today but no symptoms??

I remember being sick and having pains for a while but soon it blew over, but I didn't think nothing of it. My appetite increased but I didn't think nothing of it. I'm 2 days late for my period but I couldn't sleep on my right side still. It feels like my right pelvic area bone was being pressured or pulled on. I went to the doctor to see what was wrong with me and my blood test came back positive today. I tested a few weeks ago and it was negative. I remember having my period on schedule but it was short. According to my scan I'm 8 weeks.
