Vitamin supplements
I'm from London,TTC, 20 years old (21 in June)
What would you recommend to get as a good vitamin supplement?
I've been taking folic Acid seven seas, Bassett Adult Multivitamin chewy.
I'm on anti depressants Sertraline 150g, recently stopped taking Simvastatin 20g because it was effecting my fertility.
