Cold medicine while pregnant?

Anyone know what to take? 
I feel like my face is going to explode 😣

My doctor told me pure sudafed that you have to get from the pharmacy counter is the best. Since it has only one active ingredient compared to 5-6 in other cold meds.

I took benadryl at night and sometimes during the day and used a cool most humidifier around the clock. Mine lasted a week, I'm still stuffy but much better

My dr recommended Tylenol cold max and Robinson is safe too. I just now started recovering from terrible cold I had last week. She also told me I can take Tylenol PM but I dont take it when I've taken other meds.

You can take basic Sudafed after the 1st trimester but definitely talk to your doctor first.
