Strong magnets. Or just go to the store to get it taken off... but I understand if the store is not near you. Maybe take the receipt and leggings to a clothing store near you and ask if they could do it.

Take it back to the store you PURCHASED it from, with reciept, and they will remove it.

Otherwise you will ruin the fabric

Depends where you from and whether they have ink of not. If they do not have ink really really strong magnets will get it off or take if to the store if you still have the recipet
