Excited but worried! Any words?!

Has anyone been pregnant and didn't have any symptoms except for a missed period, at least in the beginning?

After my d&c I bled for about two weeks and got my period on time the next month (December) Well come January my period didn't come.  With hopes that it meant I was pregnant, I waited a week to take a pregnancy test and sure enough on January 20th I got a BFP!!!!  My husband and I were overjoyed but I quickly started to worry that something is wrong because with this pregnancy I have no symptoms except for a missed period and a little bloating.  I am not sick nor are my breasts sore and swollen like the first pregnancy and it makes me worry that something is wrong.  The thought of being pregant again is so exciting but I am so nervous that I will miscarry again.  It still doesn't feel real and I am so anxious for our doc appt on Feb 1st to confirm it.  I hope this is our little rainbow baby!
