Cranberry Pills
Do any of you take cranberry pills daily as a preventative measure against UTI's? I've just been diagnosed with my 3rd one in the span of a year. I definitely don't want to be put on antibiotics permanently, so I'm looking into more preventative measures.
Anybody do this? Does it work? Side effects? Anything better to prevent future UTI's?
I know to drink lots of water, pee often, and always after sex.
